Pollmann Farms LLC is in need of experienced and passionate individual to join their team. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, enthusiasm for working outside in the fresh air and a commitment to helping the company succeed. The responsibilities for this position are varied, so we are interested in hiring an individual who are capable of taking on different roles, as well as helping with general manual labor. Compensation is based on experience and work ethic. There will be a wide variety of skills needed for this job. Knowlege of general agriculture, crop production, cattle production, cattle vaccination, cattle health, feed lot, custom spraying application, semi driving, equipment operation, willingness to learn, and attention to detail. General mechanical skills and welding are a huge plus. Applicant must be self motivating, dependable, reliable, and punctual.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
