Greenhouse/Shoppe Coordinator in Roseland, VA 22967

Job Description

Hourly: three days per week minimum year round with 4 days possible during Spring -Summer months.
Pay rate $16-$18 per hr. with commensurate paid vacation benefits.
Qualifications: An interest in the propagation of native plants to be used for ecosystem repair and residential and commercial landscaping projects. Some degree of familiarity with greenhouse/nursery husbandry. Knowledge of native plant species would be helpful.
Ability to deal with the public in a small retail operation of an environmental mission related shop. Retail experience, merchandizing would be helpful.
Ability to work with volunteer supporters is essential.
Job Type: Part Time
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
