POSITION: Harvest Technician
REPORTS TO: Harvest Supervisor
SCHEDULE: Full Time Hourly
Professional Job Responsibilities:
Plant Handling: Expertly identify, take down, and trim plants, demonstrating precision and attention to detail throughout the process.
Machine Operation: Operate and maintain the Twister Machine, ensuring its cleanliness and optimal performance.
Sanitization: Keep all work areas meticulously cleaned and sanitized to uphold the highest hygiene standards.
Compliance: Adhere to compliance regulations and green waste requirements, ensuring all tasks align with industry standards and protocols.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a cohesive team environment and independently when required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Logistical Expertise: Climb ladders proficiently to load and unload drying spaces, showcasing physical dexterity and safety awareness.
Preparation: Buck flowers off the main stalk with precision, ensuring they are primed for efficient trimming, maintaining a smooth workflow.
Trimming Excellence: Trim flowers in a timely manner, ensuring a consistent flow and quality output, meeting production goals and standards.
Quality Control: Maintain an acute attention to detail, identifying and resolving any product issues promptly, upholding the highest quality standards.
Terpene Preservation: Skillfully burp bins to guarantee an even drying process while preserving terpenes, contributing to product quality.
Adaptability: Remain adaptable to sudden changes, adjusting workflows efficiently to meet evolving demands and requirements.
Climate Adaptation: Perform tasks proficiently in various climates, showcasing resilience and versatility in challenging environmental conditions.
Equipment Maintenance: Conduct thorough cleaning of bins before each use, ensuring equipment is in optimal condition for production activities.
Schedule Flexibility: Demonstrate availability and willingness to work weekends as needed, ensuring continuous workflow and meeting production schedules.
Net Maintenance: Expertly fluff nets to facilitate effective drying processes, contributing to the overall efficiency of operations.
