Livestock Hauler – Cattle Truck Driver in Marion, MI

Welcome to Dieterman Transport! We’re a family-owned cattle hauling business and custom farm service (Dieterman Farm Services) located in north central Michigan. Our transport business hauls baby calves from our location in Michigan to Kansas and bred heifers back to dairies in Michigan.

We’re hiring a Full-time Livestock Hauler – Cattle Truck Driver to join our team. In this role you will have a dedicated route hauling calves from our operation in Marion, MI (about 50 miles northwest of Mount Pleasant) to Kansas and bred heifers back to Michigan.

We offer competitive compensation dependent on experience along with bonuses.

This job is for you if you:
Have prior cattle hauling / truck driving experience with a CDL.
Are dependable and have a positive attitude.
Enjoy being around farming, livestock, and agriculture.

Responsibilities

Hauling calves on a dedicated route from Michigan to Kansas.
Hauling bred heifers from Kansas to Michigan
Maintain driving logs and records in compliance with DOT requirements.
Assist in other areas of the operation as needed.
