Job Description
Your Opportunity:
The Farm Equipment Operator works in the farming department operating various farm equipment, with seasonal and workload fluctuations.
Core Responsibilities:
- Operates various farm equipment for tilling, planting and cultivating.
- Work practices must emphasize safety, efficiency, and thoroughness.
- Responsible for understanding and complying with company EMS policies and procedures in the performance of their job duties.
- Responsible for following all environmental laws and procedures to which Murphy-Brown LLC subscribes.
- Reports all environmental issues immediately to their supervisor.
- Work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Current Driver’s license in good standing, CDL preferred
- Ability to operate various farm equipment for tilling, planting and cultivating.
- Willing to learn how to operate multiple types of farm equipment.
- Work schedule includes early start; often days are longer than 8 hours
- Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
