Responsibilities:
- Milking parlor equipment maintenance and repair
- Trouble shooting milking/washing system problems
- Maintenance and repair of manure separation equipment
- Tractor and front-end loader service and oil change
- Potential advancement to a managerial position after proven work record
Qualifications:
- Mechanical experience is preferred
- Welding experience is a plus
- Previous operation of heavy equipment
- Willingness to learn on the job
- Ability to manage your time and prioritize duties is required
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices
- Dairy experience is a plus!
