Arbor Day Farm is the 260-acre property owned and operated by the Arbor Day Foundation where our mission comes to life.
Arbor Day Farm is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing efforts and solidify the farm property and lodge as a premiere destination for families, weddings, and corporate events. This role will serve our organization out of Nebraska City four days a week and one day out of Lincoln.
You Have:

Expertise. 5+ years of marketing experience, with a background in project management or as an account executive, or client service roles. Experience with internal marketing teams, hospitality, and media is an advantage.
A to do list for your to do list. Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the timely delivery of projects and adherence to specific deadlines.

You Will:

Act as a bridge. Between our corporate marketing headquartered in Lincoln and key stakeholders in Nebraska City, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
Consult with business owners. Devise and execute marketing initiatives across the Farm, including Lied Lodge, Arbor Lodge Mansion, the Apple House Market, Tree Adventure, and Porter’s.
Plan, manage, execute. Provide support to teams, prioritize and manage projects, offer strategic guidance to our creative team to produce compelling marketing materials.
Create galvanizing experiences. Represent and enhance the Arbor Day brand in all consumer touchpoints combining traditional marketing, events coordination, and operations to enhance the guest experience.
Coordinate and lead. On-site promotions and media-related activities to bolster our presence.
Evaluate campaign and project results. Adjusting strategies and plans as necessary.
