Bear Creek Farm
Mechanical Skills: servicing, maintenance, oil change, breaks, wheel bearings, seals, replacing hydraulic lines, some welding, light fabrication, and tire repair.
Farm Hand: will assist in many aspects of day-to-day farm chores, including, but not limited to: tractor operation for hay work/feedlot work/bush-hogging, lawn-mowing, weed eating, fencing, helping work cattle and other farm tasks.
This is a hybrid role. We are looking for someone with large eqiupment mechanical skills that can also help work on the farm. We believe that the type of individual is more important than past experiences on a farm or in a mechanic shop. You need to have good character, integrity, and professionalism. Much of our farm operation is built off trust. We are a fun team and look forward to meeting you!
Starting Pay is negotiable based on experience.
