Morning Stall Mucker, Strongwater Farm
Strongwater Farm Therapeutic Equestrian Center, Inc., a non-profit, PATH premier accredited center, operates with a mission to enhance and enrich lives by providing education, social opportunities and emotional support through equine assisted activities and therapies.
The Morning Stall Mucker is an important member of the team to support our mission. This Part Time position reports to the Operations & Equine Manager and all hours worked are to be performed on site. Strong knowledge of handling and grooming is a must with a strong sense of time management and organization. The Morning Stall Mucker is responsible for duties essential for the wellbeing of Strongwaters horses. Weekend hours are mandatory; weekday schedule is flexible.
Essential duties and Responsibilites including but not limited to:
Feed horses
Turn in/out
Muck stalls/paddocks
Set up AM/PM grain
Blanketing/Fly Spray
Qualifications include Equine management bachelors degree or 1+ years equivalent experience.
