Orchard/Vineyard Worker in Florence, MA

Job Description

Seeking hard working, self motivated individuals for the 2025 season. Responsibilities include:

Pruning and thinning apple trees and grapevines
Mulching apple trees and blueberry bushes
Harvesting blueberries, apples, and grapes
Apple washing and prep for selling
Setting up netting for blueberry fields and vineyards
String trimming and mowing fields/orchards
Crush season help in the vineyard
and other farming tasks as necessary

Must be able to be on your feet for your shift and lift 50lbs
Experience farming and driving a tractor is a plus, but we can teach if needed.
