Over the Road Livestock Transport Specialist in Bucyrus, OH

Who We Are:
The HORD team, nationally known for our world class pig production, is currently looking for an experienced Class A CDL driver to add to our livestock transportation team. Headquartered in Bucyrus, OH, this essential position offers training on livestock movement and a supportive team-focused atmosphere.

A Day in the Life:
Our over the road livestock transport specialists are responsible for:

• Transporting fully grown pigs to our processing partners
• Assisting with loading and unloading of animals when needed
• Ensuring trailers are properly prepared to provide a safe and healthy environment for the animals being moved

What You Need:

• Candidates must not currently own or have routine contact with non-Hord pigs
• Ability to lift, climb, bend, and sit for extended periods of time
• Time management skills to ensure loads move on schedule
• A high level of respect for team members and animals
• Impeccable record of reliability/dependability
• Willingness to learn and carry out complex instructions effectively
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Excel, and email functions
• Class A CDL required and clean driving record a must
• Minimum 2 years driving experience
