Job Description
Ideal job for a college student, Mom, anyone wanting to work graveyard shift and have their days off. A simple job. Just a few tasks of feeding brooder room chicks every 2-4 hours, keep waterers clean and full. Monitor chick room temps 80-85 degrees. Bottle feed any baby born with Mom unable to nurse the baby goat/sheep/calf.
Soak and wash eggs in an electric egg washer, leaving clean dry eggs for day shift to carton and deliver to customers.
The option to “nap” is allowed when work is finished, Possibility of housing if needed. The farm has motion lighting and cameras, so safety is secure.
We are a drug free farm, and random drug tests are given. This is an independent position with straight pay. Hours can be your choice of 8pm-4am, 9pm-5am, or 10pm-6am.
