Precision Agriculture Support Specialist in Hiawatha, KS

We’re seeking a motivated Precision Agriculture Support Specialist to join our location in Hiawatha, KS (about an hour northeast of Topeka). You will serve as the expert for New Holland PLM, AgLeader, Kinze, Raven, and all other technologies for our range of equipment products and services.

In this role, you will:
Attain the best-of-industry product knowledge and latest technologies.
Ensure all new equipment is up to date on software when delivered.
Support customer operational issues including product updates, programming, calibration, and adjustments while ensuring excellent responsiveness and follow-through.
Assist service technicians to diagnose and repair issues as needed.
Become proficient with NH Tech Helpdesk and communicate with all manufacturers’ precision support.
Work alongside the Store Manager, Service Manager & Precision Ag Leader to design, develop, and implement strategies for support and service activities in the covered region.
Ensure excellent communication with all salespeople and locations, including timely follow-up of questions and requests for information.
Ensure all vendor requirements/dealer standards associated with the function (i.e., training) are satisfied.
Support sales staff by retaining and growing existing customer relationships plus acquiring new customers.
Assist as necessary with customer support for CNH precision data.

This job is for you if you have:
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of precision agriculture software and tools, such as GIS mapping software, satellite imagery, or remote sensing technology.
Familiarity with agricultural machinery and equipment used in precision agriculture systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
