Responsibilities:
– Maintain and care for lawn and garden areas
– Perform tasks as needed for repair of equipment and maintenance
– Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment
-Prepare meals for guests when asked
– Use hand tools and power tools to complete various maintenance tasks
– Ensure proper watering, fertilization, and pest control for lawns
– Keep homes clean and ready for guests
– Use tractor for shredding ranch roads and fields
Skills:
– Basic knowledge of housekeeping and lawn maintenance
– Basic knowledge of carpentry, electrical and plumbing
– Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for maintenance tasks
– Basic swimming pool maintenance experience a plus
– Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
– Attention to detail
– Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting issues
