Spanish Oaks Ranch is seeking to hire a Ranch Hand to join our team in Santa Margarita, CA.
Job Description
The Ranch Hand is responsible for the daily operation/upkeep of a 800+ acre Cattle Ranch that does Events in Santa Margarita, CA. This position will be responsible for the following duties:

Operate tractor, combine, and other equipment to perform various tasks on the Ranch.
Perform manual labor such as mowing, raking, and weed whacking.
Maintain equipment by following safety rules and regulations.
Work well independently. Employee will be alone in their tasks.
Perform weekly landscape and mowing duties.
Maintaining the Ranch by performing occasional ranching duties like feeding horses, cows, transfer cows to multiple fields, water troughs, etc.
Maintaining the Ranch by cutting wood and keeping wooded areas clear for fire prevention.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Experience:

Experience with tractor operation preferred but not required.
Experience operating a mower/Weed Wacker preferred but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
