Job Description

Responsible for maintaining all grounds, facilities, & equine care in a premier homeowners’ association while living at the beautiful Redington Ranch in two bedroom/one bath home (as part of compensation package). Looking for a highly responsible and experienced individual who has excellent leadership/management, troubleshooting, and communication skills and has a proven safety record.

Individual must have the following experience: groundskeeping/irrigation, mechanical, plumbing, cleaning, equine care, and subcontractor negotiations. Only experienced candidates will be considered.
