Territory: Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Kansas, Colorado

Regional Sales Manager You Will:

Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers and referral partners you drive your sales playbook, managing your schedule and customer visits, generating leads, qualifying prospects and keeping in touch to foster relationships
Meet with potential customers (primarily dairy farmers) to educate about our advanced reproductive technologies and techniques for beef and dairy cattle
Demonstrate the value and ROI of our system to customers and channel partners
Attend industry association meetings and networking events

Required Skills, Experience Personality Fit

You have:

Prior experience in a sales role, selling products or services to dairy farmers
Drive you are motivated by earnings potential, growth, expanding impact and growing with an entrepreneurial company
Flexibility – you are working with an entrepreneurial group building something special, collaborating and executing on priorities, sometimes with limited resources
Ability to travel throughout your territory, including some overnight travel / clean driving record

You might be:

Bilingual Spanish / proficiency in speaking Spanish
A farmer yourself, or had direct farming experience in your past
Compensation base salary $120,000 to 150,000 and commission earned for sales, with no limit to earnings. Estimated OTE at 2x base salary (ie: $200,000).

You will work 100% remotely from your home office with frequent travel throughout your sales territory.
