Hexagon’s Autonomy & Positioning division is seeking an experienced and dynamic
Regional Sales Manager – Agriculture. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, leading technical discussions, and growing precision agriculture sales with a key account in North America. This position is with Hexagons Autonomy & Positioning division, a global technology leader, pioneering end-to-end solutions industry leaders rely on for assured positioning and autonomy on land, sea and air. Within the Autonomy & Positioning division your work will contribute to the operation of our brand(s) NovAtel, AutonomouStuff, VERIPOS and Antcom.
The Location: Hexagon is a global company with locations around the world. This position is home based and can be located anywhere in North America.

Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative – Agriculture you will:
Assist the Account Manager with developing account plans, setting objectives, analyzing forecasts, preparing reports and meeting sales targets
Liaise with the customers engineering and marketing groups to translate solution requirements back to internal stakeholders
Coordinate and lead technical sales demonstrations and trade-show participation
Develop and maintain industry contacts/networks and provide industry and market knowledge to internal teams
Assist in developing regional marketing plans and product promotions
Explore the opportunities for new technologies and autonomy solutions
Qualifications
Must-Have:
Bachelors Degree in an Engineering, Technical or Agriculture related field
5+ years of experience in a technical customer support or sales role
First-hand experience utilizing precision agriculture systems
A solid understanding of precision agriculture technology, products, services and competition
Able to effectively prepare and deliver technical presentations
Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Salesforce
Able to travel at least 50% of the time with occasional international travel
Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
Home office located near major airport

Hexagons Autonomy & Positioning division provides the following compensation range and a general description of other compensation and benefits. This compensation range is based on a Full Time schedule. The Company reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range or offer other compensation depending on circumstances not related to an applicants sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law. Our benefits and bonus plans are reviewed annually and are subject to change at the companys discretion.
Hiring Salary Range: $87,800 – $125,000 per annum
Bonus Eligibility: We offer a company profit share and individual incentive-based bonus programs.
