Our multi-million dollar Ag client not only focuses on their customer’s success, but also to see their employees grow and flourish. There is no doubt you will feel right at home working for this outstanding organization; you will play an instrumental role within their Agronomy department and be a valued team member. They are looking to hire a Sales Agronomist who can hit the ground running covering a small territory in Illinois.
Sales Agronomist Responsibilities:

Service current growers as well as prospecting new clientele
Sell chemical, fertilizer and seed products throughout a given territory
Work independently and stay up to date with agronomic technology
Give agronomic recommendations
Perform soil/tissue samples
Help growers devise fertility plans

Sales Agronomist Requirements:

General computer skills with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
Self-motivated, ambitious and goal-driven
1+ years sales experience in an agronomy-related role is preferred
Agronomy/Agriculture degree is preferred

Sales Agronomist Compensation:

Base salary of 65,000-100,000 DOE plus bonuses
Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, 401K, etc.
