About the Position:

We have an opening for a professional sales consultant Agriculture industry specific that can work independently and drive new growth through customer visits and contact.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Maintains current product knowledge

· Professional representation of company and brand

· Works assigned territory through customer visits and maintains customer information for sales management

· Attends sales training events and seminars

· Understands sales standards and metrics for sales performance and profitability

· Ability to execute growth strategies and adhere to sales policies and procedures

· Understanding and usage of sales variance and assist in plans to drive sales

· Works closely with sales team in a positive manner

· Provides location support, teamwork, energy throughout all departments

· Community involvement

Qualifications and Skills:

· Two years minimum of Agriculture specific or related industry sales experience preferred

· Background in Agriculture equipment or sales experience with a proven record preferred

· Excellent communication skills required

· Ability to pass a background check and drug test required

· Valid Driver’s License required

· Good attitude and a positive contributor to our sales team required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
