Job Description:

Package seeds in accordance with established guidelines and procedures, ensuring accurate counts, weights, and labeling.
Inspect seeds for quality, identifying and removing damaged or defective seeds.
Operate packaging equipment, such as seed counters, fillers, bag sealers, and labelers, while adhering to safety protocols.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the packaging area, ensuring that all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized before and after use.
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on packaging equipment, escalating any issues to the supervisor or maintenance team as needed.
Participate in training sessions and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in seed packaging techniques.

Qualifications

Ability to lift 25+ pounds
Ability to work in a fast-pace environment

Job Types: Full Time, Seasonal
Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
