This key position on the HBI Innerwear team is to profitably drive sales and market share growth for the Innerwear business at these key customers. Given the significance of HBI’s role within these accounts as sole national brand supplier, this individual is expected to take a leadership position in alignment with the Director of Sales. The role will be responsible for the analytics, tracking and tactical execution in driving well thought-out profitable sales and marketing strategies across a complex platform of accounts and categories delivering accelerated sales and profit growth. This role is responsible for collaborating with HBI and account cross-functional teams, with a focus to drive topline sales and increase share. This individual must be an influencer, analytical, a self-starter, a collaborator, a good communicator and have a strong desire to drive the business. Responsibilities:

Develop business relationships in order to drive business with key account stakeholders. The individual must be able to (1) identify, compile and filter data from various sources internally and externally (2) evaluate the data to form conclusions (3) turn the conclusions into well thought out strategic road map and (4) communicate, drive and execute the strategic road map into incremental profit and growth.
Exhibits understanding of the sales process with the ability to communicate and execute against key strategies to drive both sales and profitability for HBI and the account.
Accountability for continuous and comprehensive sales action plans to achieve goals – display ability to execute short term and long term opportunities in managing results.
Manage any Seasonalual spending obligations to insure adherence to planned rates based on sales performance.
Develop and execute seasonal marketing plans and align to coop budget.
Work with merchants to procure budget and floor space for upcoming assortment additions.
Serve as a communication link between the accounts and the HBI internal team, Director of Sales, customer operations, customer service, marketing and merchandising and other cross functional areas on program execution.
Gain knowledge of specific brands, product categories, competitive brands and retail merchandising best practices.
Tracking of annual financial and sales plans in conjunction with Director of Sales.
Support account trade shows to present seasonal/annual programs to key sales personnel.
Work in partnership with retail planning group to monitor in-stocks and secure inventory where required based on those metrics.
Manage relationship with agency partners who represent HBI products at Farm & Fleet, Ranch and Mills Stores. Provide any resources needed by agents to increase sales and share at these accounts.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS) required
Prefer 5+ years of previous sales or retail experience previous e-commerce and apparel experience a plus
Must possess strong quantitative and analytical skills with exceptional reporting capabilities
Proven ability as a “thinker”, a “strategist” and a “creative mind” in order to think outside the box to be a solution provider.
Exhibits leadership and management skills, along with strong problem solving and communication abilities.
Demonstrates effectiveness in management of multiple projects
Proven ability to take initiative and possess strong sense of urgency
Exceptional computer skills required: MS Office (strong Excel and Powerpoint skills)

Travel Required
