Thundercloud Ranch, located in Parrish, FL, is a Pristine Piece of Old Florida at just under 3000 acres and is managed to maintain outdoor native Florida habitat for wildlife while providing activities for our private members club. It is truly a unique recreational conservation arena enriched by wilderness and wildlife.
We are seeking that one special person who loves the outdoors as much as we do. An effective applicant will be a good fit with a skill set to safely operate machinery for shredding and tractor work, ability to work with controlled burns and ongoing invasive plant control. Guiding quail hunts, skinning, quartering, cleaning and caping of animals. Feeder and Blind maintenance, filling feeder, plus other ranch work as needed.
Our requirements are simply that you can learn quickly, have a passion for hunting and wildlife management. Quail hunting experience is required. During hunting season, October-April you may be required to work over 8 hours a day and possibly 7 days a week. Workflow is based on hunting schedules.

Reasoning ability: Must be able to solve practical problems and be able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Must speak fluent English to interpret safety documents, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Heavy equipment experience a plus. ATV/UTV experience is highly preferred.
