Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and upkeep of the farm and servicing our customers, including planting, harvesting, and delivering fresh produce.

The position we are hiring for is primarily based indoors, centered around managing our vertical farming operation. Opportunities for outdoor gardening work may present themselves in the future.

Seeking a hardworking and reliable Farm Helper to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Planting, harvesting, watering of vertical farming operation
  • Delivering orders and samples to local businesses
  • Maintaining a clean, organized work environment
  • Communicating and onboarding new customers
  • Occasional posting to social media

  • Experience in agriculture, gardening, or working in a restaurant
  • Experience utilizing social media to grow a business
  • Experience with video production (basic filming & editing) to compelling content to help grow our business

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
