Position Description: Seeking student assistance with the NDSU Spring Wheat Breeding & Genetics Project, which requires strong attention to detail and organization. Successful applicants will assist in data collection and program management. Duties will include seed processing using threshers and cleaners, seed sample organization, greenhouse work, and planting preparation.
During the academic semester hours are limited to 20 per week. Hours available will be within NDSU office hours, 7:30 am-4 pm, Monday through Friday; specific shifts will be based on applicant and project availability. Applicants with interest in plant breeding or research with an agricultural background preferred. Employment through May 2024 is most needed, but Full Time positions throughout summer 2024 are available as well.
