Job Description

Wise Villa Winery is looking for a hardworking, motivated, and reliable Farm Laborer to join our team at the vineyard. This position is a year-round Full Time position, with possible overtime hours during harvest season. An ideal candidate will have previous farm or ranch experience, but we will also consider a motivated hard-worker.
Full Time Hours: Monday – Friday 6:30am to 3:30pm (Winter and Spring) Monday – Friday 6am to 3pm (Summer/Fall)

Responsibilities:

Pruning
overall vineyard clean up and maintenance
Basic farm/ranch work but ultimately assisting with entire vineyard and winery property.
Previous experience working with tractors a plus
