About the Position
We’re hiring a full-time team member to join the year-round rhythm of Late Bloomer Ranch. This position offers deep engagement with regenerative agriculture, animal care, and direct-to-consumer farm operations. You’ll work closely with the owner-operator and be involved in the daily, seasonal, and strategic life of the ranch.

What You’ll Be Doing
Responsibilities will vary seasonally, but may include:
– Daily care of livestock (horses, pigs, poultry, cows)
– Flower harvest, prep, and design for sales
– Packing and managing national meat + egg shipments
– Coordinating with part-time team members and seasonal help
– Infrastructure projects, property maintenance, fencing, equipment care
– Farm shop and customer-facing support
– Assisting with content, storytelling, or marketing (if aligned)

Who You Are
– Has experience with livestock, tools, or small farm life
– Enjoys hard physical work, problem-solving, and seasonal variation
– Communicates clearly, reliably, and respectfully
– Aligns with values of reverence, stewardship, and family
– Has spiritual grounding or curiosity
– Enjoys being around children and is comfortable working in an environment where kids are present
– Is open to growth and leadership over time
