Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Ranch Manager Assistant to support the daily operations of our luxury guest ranch. This role involves coordinating hospitality and event activities, managing communications among onsite and remote team members, and ensuring that every aspect of the guest and event experience meets the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Support daily event and hospitality operations to ensure exceptional guest experience.
- Serve as a primary point of contact, maintaining clear and timely communication with both onsite and remote team members.
- Manage inbound emails and correspondence efficiently, ensuring prompt follow-up and coordination across departments.
- Identify and escalate high-priority issues to the Ranch Manager as needed.
- Assist with wedding tours, site visits, and corporate event coordination.
- Assist with event set up and teardown, ensuring all details are handled to the highest standard.
- Coordinate logistics and communication with offsite vendors and partners.
- Handle on-site financial transactions, including quotes, receipts, and invoices.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in all internal and external interactions.
- Assist with other ranch operations and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, events, or resort operations (luxury or ranch setting preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver high-quality service under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Professional, courteous, and responsive in all guest and team interactions.
- Proven ability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with email, scheduling, and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to anticipate needs and bring forward high-priority items to leadership’s attention.
- Comfortable operating ranch machinery (UTVs, trucks, SUVs).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field desired.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, event coordination, or resort operations (luxury or ranch setting a plus).
Compensation & Benefits
- $18/hour
