Tractor Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Tractor Operator to join our dynamic ranching team. In this role, you will operate tractors and related equipment to support a variety of outdoor projects, including mowing, spreading fertilizer and pasture maintenance. Your expertise will help ensure the safety, efficiency, and quality of our outdoor environments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors in a fast-paced setting while contributing to a healthy cattle herd.

Duties

• Operate tractors and auxiliary machinery such as spreaders and power tools to perform tasks related to ranching and land management.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely for various maintenance and ag related tasks.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance to keep machinery in optimal condition.

Experience

• Proven experience operating tractors and heavy machinery.
• Mechanical knowledge related to farming equipment, power tools, and hand tools.
• Ability to follow safety procedures diligently while operating machinery and handling tools.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Experience:

• Tractor driving: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Lake Wales, FL 33898 (Required)

Work Location: In person
