*Position Overview*
We are seeking a dependable and motivated *Farm Hand / Equipment Operator* to join our corn and soybean operation. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in *agriculture, farming, and heavy equipment operation* who are looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Operate and maintain *farm equipment* including tractors, combines, sprayers, planters, and grain carts
* Assist with *planting, spraying, fertilizing, and harvesting* of corn and soybeans
* Perform routine *equipment maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs*
* Load and unload grain, seed, and fertilizer using augers, conveyors, and skid steers
* Support daily farm operations including *field work, tillage, and crop scouting*
* Transport crops and materials using *CDL or non-CDL trucks* (preferred)
* Maintain accurate records of field activities, inputs, and yields
*Qualifications*
* Previous experience in *farming, agriculture, or equipment operation* preferred
* Experience operating *John Deere, Case IH, or similar agricultural equipment* is a plus
* Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and repair farm machinery
* Ability to work long hours during *planting and harvest seasons*
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
* Valid driver’s license required; *CDL preferred but not required*
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions

Pay: $27.65 – $33.30 per hour
