*Position Summary:*
We’re hiring a *Finance/HR Coordinator* to own the day-to-day accounting and HR operations that keep our business moving. You’ll manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, expense tracking, and employee onboarding, while supporting leadership with financial reporting and systems reconciliation. This is a strategic role combining *bookkeeping, reporting, and HR administration*, ideal for someone who thrives in a growing, mission-driven company.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Accounts Payable & Receivable*: Process invoices, track payments, generate billing, and manage vendor/customer records.
* *Payroll Coordination*: Manage biweekly payroll, verify timesheets, handle deductions, and track PTO.
* *Expense Reimbursement*: Review submissions, ensure approvals, and code transactions.
* *HR Administration*: Maintain employee files, onboard new hires, manage compliance documents and benefits coordination.
* *Reconciliation & Reporting*: Perform monthly bank reconciliations, assist in job costing, and support Controller with financial reports.
* *Systems Integration*: Work across QuickBooks Online, CRM, timekeeping, and Lely platforms to ensure data accuracy.
*Qualifications:*
* 3–5+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or HR coordination (or combined role).
* Proficient in *QuickBooks Online*, Microsoft Excel, and accounting workflows.
* Familiar with HR systems, payroll software, and timekeeping tools.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines.
* High level of discretion with sensitive financial and personnel data.
*Preferred Skills:*
* Experience in manufacturing, service, agriculture, or field-based operations is a plus.
* Familiarity with Lely business systems, CRM, or job-costing platforms a bonus.
* Basic understanding of managerial accounting principles.

* *Salary:* $55,000–$80,000/year depending on experience
* *Bonus:* Performance-based bonus structure
