Hourly: $19

Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm **Hours will fluctuate based on the shipping schedules and the company’s needs**

Environment: Hot, Humid, Dusty Farm

The Bug Company, a leader in the insect farming industry, is excited to announce a job opening for a Production Team Member in Ham Lake, MN. This full-time position will require the successful candidate to perform their duties on-site, as this is not a remote job. As a Production Team Member, you will play a crucial role in live insect husbandry and the delivery of high-quality insect-based products.

Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the daily production of insect products
Follow established procedures to ensure the quality and consistency of products
Operate equipment safely and efficiently
Perform quality control checks on finished products
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Adhere to policies and procedures
Requirements
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
Ability to work with urgency.
Must be able to work directly with and handle live insects.
Work experience is nice to have:
Working with and caring for live insects or animals
Linework
Greenhouse or gardening
Manual labor
Husbandry
