Job Description

*FARM & RANCH LABOR*

Monday – Friday

8:00 am – 5:00 pm

$15.00 – $18.00 per hour

*ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS *

* Perform general landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, weed control, and grounds upkeep
* Operate tractors and farm equipment for land maintenance and property improvement
* Assist with fence repairs and overall ranch maintenance projects
* Help with property cleanup to maintain a clean and organized work environment
* Load, unload, and move materials as needed around the property
* Conduct basic equipment care and preventative maintenance
* Follow safety guidelines when using tools, equipment, and machinery
* Support additional day-to-day ranch tasks as needed

*JOB REQUIREMENTS *

* Previous experience in farm, ranch, landscaping, or general labor work preferred
* Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
* Experience operating tractors or similar equipment is a plus
* Must be dependable and willing to take direction
* Capable of lifting and moving materials throughout the workday
* Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
