*Job Summary*
We are seeking a motivated and versatile Ranch Hand, Laborer, and Operator to join our dynamic agricultural team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a hands-on environment where you will contribute to the daily operations of a working ranch. You will be responsible for maintaining farm and ranch facilities, caring for livestock, operating heavy machinery, and supporting various agricultural activities. The ideal candidate is energetic, eager to learn, and possesses a strong work ethic with a passion for farming and animal husbandry. This paid position provides valuable experience in agriculture, equipment operation, and animal care, fostering growth in a fast-paced rural setting.

*Duties*

* Assist with the daily care and handling of livestock, including feeding, watering, and health monitoring
* Operate farm machinery such as tractors, loaders, and irrigation systems to support planting, harvesting, and maintenance tasks
* Perform equipment repairs and basic welding to ensure machinery remains in optimal condition
* Maintain fences, pens, and facilities through routine inspections and repairs using hand tools and power tools
* Support planting, growing, and harvesting activities in fields.
* Handle heavy lifting tasks related to feed supplies, equipment parts, or harvested crops
* Supervise or assist with other team members during busy seasons or special projects as needed

*Qualifications*

* Prior experience on a farm or ranch is preferred but not required
* Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair farm machinery and equipment
* Experience in animal husbandry and animal handling techniques across various species
* Proficiency with operating heavy equipment such as forklifts and other power tools safely
* Knowledge of farming practices, agriculture techniques, horticulture,
* Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods while maintaining stamina throughout the workday
* Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to feed rations or crop yields
* Hands-on experience with welding or equipment maintenance is a plus
* Strong work ethic with attention to detail in maintaining facilities and caring for animals
