*Responsibilities*

* Assist with animal husbandry duties, including feeding, watering, grooming, and general care of livestock such as cattle
* Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment like tractors, plows, and irrigation systems with safety and precision
* Perform lifting tasks involving feed bags, hay bales, or equipment parts to support daily farm operations
* Conduct routine maintenance on tools and machinery
* Use hand tools and power tools for planting, harvesting, fencing, or greenhouse work

*Requirements*

* Prior experience with livestock preferred
* Experience livestock reproduction preferred
* Experience with animal handling and husbandry practices across various species; knowledge of cattle care is especially valued
* Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or other powered machinery safely
* Basic math skills for measuring feed quantities, calculating crop yields or irrigation needs
* Ability or willingness to perform basic carpentry
* Ability to keep a clean work environment
* Ability to recognize obvious tasks (ie you see trash, you pick it up)

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
