Join our dynamic ranch team as a Ranch Laborer and become a vital part of maintaining a thriving agricultural operation. *Responsibilities*
* Assist with daily animal husbandry tasks, including feeding, watering, and general care of livestock such as cattle, horses, or other farm animals
* Operate and maintain farm machinery and heavy equipment such as tractors, forklifts, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently
* Perform equipment repairs, welding, and basic maintenance using hand tools and power tools to ensure operational readiness
* Support fencing, corral construction, and repair projects to secure livestock areas
* Help with crop management activities including planting, watering, pruning, greenhouse work, and growing experience tasks
* Conduct routine inspections of farm infrastructure and equipment to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
* Assist with general farm chores involving heavy lifting, animal handling, and the use of hand tools or power tools
*Skills*
* Supervising experience or ability to work independently while following safety protocols
* Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting farm machinery and equipment repairs
* Strong animal husbandry skills with experience in animal care and handling techniques
* Familiarity with forklift operation and heavy equipment usage on farms or ranches
* Knowledge of irrigation systems, horticulture practices, greenhouse operations, and growing techniques
* Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate power tools effectively
* Basic math skills for measurements, record keeping, or inventory management related to farming activities
* Equine experience is a plus for working with horses or similar animals
