* Assist with daily animal husbandry duties, including feeding, watering, and general care of livestock such as cattle, horses, or other farm animals
* Operate heavy equipment such as tractors, forklifts, and other farm machinery safely and efficiently
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment using hand tools, power tools, welding techniques, and basic mechanical knowledge
* Support irrigation systems setup and management to ensure optimal crop growth and water conservation
* Handle heavy lifting tasks involving feed bags, supplies, or equipment to support farm operations
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of barns, pens, equipment sheds, and work areas to promote safety and efficiency
* Assist with planting, harvesting, greenhouse work, or horticulture activities as needed to support crop production or plant care
* Follow safety protocols diligently while working with heavy machinery or performing maintenance tasks
**
* Proven supervising experience in farm or ranch settings is highly desirable
* Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairing farm equipment and machinery
* Extensive animal husbandry skills with a focus on animal care and handling techniques
* Ability to operate forklifts, heavy equipment, power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment safely
* Knowledge of equine care or experience working with horses is a plus
* Familiarity with farming practices including irrigation systems, greenhouse management, or horticulture techniques
* Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to feed rations or crop management
* Experience in agriculture or farming environments with growing experience preferred
* Ability to perform heavy lifting safely over extended periods of time
* Excellent communication skills for teamwork and following instructions accurately
