*HOG BUYER/STATION MANAGER*
*Full Time*
_*SUMMARY:*_
Responsible for the proper handling of livestock that includes: sorting, counting, weighing, and tattooing.
_ *ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: *_
* Must be capable of regular and predictable attendance
* Able to work overtime as needed
* Able to work weekends and holidays as needed
* Maintain accurate inventory of livestock
* Sorting
* Loading/unloading
* Work directly with yard personnel
* Purchase livestock
* Pursue new growers
* Ensure that livestock is properly cared for
* Administrative responsibilities
* General Maintenance of grounds, facilities, and equipment
* Alleyways, pens, and chutes
* Vehicles and skid steers
* Mowing and weeding
* Office/Restroom cleaning
* Performs other duties as needed and/or assigned
_*QUALIFICATIONS:*_
* Valid driver’s license and insurable under company guidelines
* Must have or be able to obtain a CDL
* Maintain certification and follow all TQA Guidelines in the
* Positive customer service skills
