We are an employee owned co-operative looking for socially conscious, progressive individuals. Our work focuses on the sustainable design, install and maintenance of ornamental, edible, medicinal gardens, native meadows, no-mow lawns, and natural screening.
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Able to stand, bend and squat for 8 hours a day
Able to work in a variety of weather conditions
Strong honest communication skills and capable of working with a team
Professionalism, preparedness, attention to detail and strong work ethic
Ability to retain information and take direction
Full Time employment preferred
Competitive pay, compensation is negotiable depending on experience. Applications for Ownership accepted after 1 year of employment.
