*Ranch Associate & Senior Associate (Full-Time)*
Kuna, Idaho (On-site)$45,000 – $58,000/year + performance bonuses

*About the Role*
At American Ostrich Farms, Ranch Associates are the backbone of daily operations at our Kuna ranch. You’ll be hands-on in *construction, maintenance, infrastructure, and general ranch operations*—with zero room for passengers.
This is a *high-trust, high-output environment* where your performance directly impacts the team, the ranch, and your own growth.
Senior Associates take it a step further—*leading small teams, owning projects, and operating without supervision.*
*What You’ll Actually Be Doing*
* Build, repair, and improve ranch infrastructure (concrete, fencing, carpentry, fabrication, etc.)
* Maintain equipment, vehicles, small engines, and facilities
* Jump into animal operations when needed (handling, transport, processing)
* Support ongoing ranch expansion projects
* Keep the ranch clean, functional, and *biosecure*
* Adapt daily—no two days are the same, and that’s the point
Senior Associates will additionally be qualified to:
* Lead small crews and keep projects moving
* Solve problems without waiting to be told what to do
* Set the tone for work ethic, safety, and team morale
*Who You Are*
* You’ve *actually done the work* (construction, ag, mechanics, electrical, etc.)
* You show up on time, communicate clearly, and don’t make excuses
* You can handle long days, tough conditions, and physical labor (80 lbs, no problem)
* You’re *reliable *—your team doesn’t have to wonder if you’ll come through
* You bring *good energy*—you don’t drag the team down, you lift it up
* You’re comfortable working outdoors, year-round, in all conditions
* You take pride in your work, the finished product, and the grounds and facilities around you
*Bonus points for:*
* Electrical experience (big plus)
* Leadership experience (for Senior Associate role)
* Experience in agriculture or animal production
