Goat Milker/Farm Hand at Grade A Goat Dairy in New Braunfels

Job Description

We are a Grade A Goat Dairy and we are looking for one more person that can work 5 days per week Wednesday to Sunday. You start at 6:00 am and work for about 8 hours or until the work is done. Sometimes it can go 1 – 2 hours later, especially right after training. For example we have less work in the fall and a lot more in the spring when the kids are born. We need someone to milk, clean out stalls and help around the farm as needed. Training would possibly be during a different shift or day.

This is a non smoking farm. You must have reliable transportation and love and respect animals. You must be able to lift 50 Lbs. You must be mature, reliable and be able to give references. You have to be self motivated and responsible. Must be a min. of 21 years old.

$15 per hour to start out. We give regular raises one time a year.

We are milking with a machine in a heated and A/C room.
