Job Description

We are looking for a dependable Part-Time Flower Farm Assistant to help with daily flower farm operations in Leesburg, VA.
Responsibilities include planting, watering, weeding, harvesting flowers, preparing bouquets, cleaning work areas, and assisting with general farm maintenance. Applicants should be comfortable working outdoors, able to do physical work, and have good attention to detail.
Previous farm, gardening, or floral experience is preferred but not required. Flexible part-time hours available, with competitive pay based on experience.
