Join our farm team as a Farm Hand and become a vital contributor to the day-to-day operations of a thriving agricultural environment. This energetic role offers the opportunity to work outdoors, care for animals, operate farm machinery, and maintain the overall health of the farm’s infrastructure. If you’re passionate about farming, animal husbandry, and machinery maintenance, this position provides a rewarding chance to develop your skills. Must have own transportation. Also, cannot be convicted of any felonies.

*Duties*

* Assist with animal care routines, including feeding, watering, grooming, and monitoring health conditions for livestock such as horses, cattle, or other farm animals.
* Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment including tractors, lawn mowers and power tools to ensure efficient farm operations.
* Perform heavy lifting tasks related to feed delivery, equipment setup, or material handling across various farm sites.

*Skills*

* Proven supervising experience in agricultural or farm settings with the ability to lead small teams effectively.
* Mechanical knowledge including troubleshooting and repairing farm machinery and equipment.
* Strong animal husbandry skills with experience handling various types of livestock; knowledge of equine care is highly desirable.
* Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, tractors, and other power tools safely and efficiently.
* Skilled in using hand tools for maintenance tasks like equipment repair or general construction work.

Pay: $22.00 per hour
