We are currently seeking to add a Shop/Service Technician to our dynamic service department. As a service technician, you will be responsible for performing machinery diagnostics, service repairs, routine maintenance and providing field support to the customer. Job Duties
* Perform diagnostic, service repairs and maintenance on Agricultural and Construction Machinery
* Knowledge or ability to use Electronic Service Tool
* Maintain service technician certifications and continue keep up with latest product updates
* Clearly communicate all repairs and used parts to the service manager
* Properly document all repairs in accordance with company policy
* Maintain a clean work environment (i.e. company truck, shop, tools)
Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* 2 years’ experience working with agriculture equipment and/or heavy machinery
* Proficient in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
* Flexible work hours
* Ability to stand and lift heavy parts daily
* Ability to communicate clearly with the customer and coworkers
