Farm Manager / Agricultural Operations Leader
We’re looking for an experienced Farm Manager or Agricultural Operations Leader who is ready for a new leadership opportunity.
If you’ve successfully managed a commercial farming operation, led crews, maintained equipment, and taken ownership of day-to-day operations, we’d like to talk with you.
We’re specifically seeking leaders with a strong agricultural background because we value the work ethic, accountability, and operational mindset that successful farm managers bring.
Qualifications
Commercial farm management experience preferred.
Experience leading teams and managing daily operations.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to make decisions and solve problems under pressure.
Willing to work a six-day schedule.
