*Job Responsibilities: *As a Trim & Harvest Team Member, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the harvesting, destalking, trimming, and manicuring of the finished cannabis flower. Your key responsibilities will include:
Harvesting mature cannabis plants in a careful and efficient manner.
Destalking and removing unwanted parts of the plants while ensuring maximum flower quality.
Executing precise trimming techniques to manicure cannabis flower to perfection.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety in the trim room.
Collaborating with the cultivation team to ensure the efficient flow of plant material from harvest to packaging.
Assisting with other cultivation tasks such as defoliation, pruning, and general plant care as required.
Adhering to strict compliance with state regulations and company policies at all times.
Participating in regular training sessions to enhance your knowledge of cultivation techniques, strains, and industry trends.
*Qualifications and Skills: *To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Previous experience in the cannabis industry, particularly in a cultivation or trim/processing role, is highly preferred.
Proficient knowledge of harvesting, trimming, and manicuring techniques for cannabis plants.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency in quality during trimming and manicuring processes.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of cannabis strains, genetics, and plant anatomy.
Familiarity with state and local regulations governing cannabis cultivation and processing.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Flexibility to work extended hours during peak harvest seasons.
_Candidates must have a __*valid Montana CCD worker permit*_ _and be 18 years of age or older._
Job Type: Full-time
