Quick hits
Home base: Waterloo, IN
Average pay: $106k/year (hourly + O/T)
Mon–Fri sleeper, up to 4 nights out regionally (paid sleeper time)
50–60 hrs/week average; O/T after 40
Weekly pay, performance bonus, and sleep time pay
Late-model tractors (2017+)
Regular route with recurring customers
Vacation: up to 1 week in year one; 2 weeks after year one

Is this you?
You hold a Class A CDL and have 6+ months of commercial driving experience.
You’re comfortable with manual transmissions (10-speed preferred).
You know DOT regs and keep spotless logs.
You like variety: jobsite deliveries, customer service, and equipment care.
You’re organized with documentation, gas cards, and receipts.
What you’ll handle
Operate a Moffett on job sites to unload and position product.
Secure, load, and transport freight to spec—no tarping.
Verify BOLs and work orders; obtain authorizations for deliveries and pickups.
Complete daily DOT pre-trips and maintain accurate logbooks.
Support our annual contractor show: haul, set up, and break down display booths.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report issues, accidents, or damage promptly.
Track and submit all trip-related receipts and expenses.
Minimum requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL)
6 months+ commercial truck driving
10-speed manual experience preferred
Knowledge of applicable driving rules and DOT regulations
B Train experience is a plus (not required)
