Tractor/Mower Operator
Full TimeJob Description
*Key Responsibilities*
* Operate tractor and mowers efficiently
* Mow and maintain roadsides, rights-of-way, industrial facilities, oilfield locations, pipelines, and other designated properties
* Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.
* Conduct routine maintenance such as checking fluid levels, greasing equipment, changing blades when necessary, and reporting mechanical issues.
* Load, transport, and unload equipment safely.
* Identify and report unsafe conditions, hazards, or property damage.
* Carry company cell phone and answer phone if one is issued.
* Attend required safety meetings.
* Assist with other general labor duties as assigned by manager.
*Qualifications*
* Experience working around oilfield locations, pipelines, or industrial facilities.
* Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred but not required.
* Ability to work standard work hours from 6:00am to 5:00pm plus overtime as needed (weekdays) and some weekends as needed.
* Ability to use manual tools, such as shovels, picks, axes, hammers, screwdrivers, etc.
* Ability to read and write English.
*Working Conditions*
* Work is generally performed outdoors
*Physical Requirements*
* Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
* Frequently sit for extended periods while operating equipment.
* Frequently climb on and off equipment.
* Bend, stoop, kneel, and walk on uneven terrain.
* Good vision and hearing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
* Ability to work long shifts.
* Ability to work in all weather conditions.
* Ability to wear FRC in the field.
* Ability to drive or ride for long distances, often alone.
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $20.00 – $27.00 per hour
