Selrico Services Inc. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Ranch Hand/General Labor to join our team in Bulverde, TX. This role involves various hands-on tasks essential for maintaining and supporting ranch operations, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work outdoors and contributing to a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities
Perform general ranch maintenance including fencing, feeding, and caring for livestock
Operate and maintain ranch equipment and tools safely and efficiently
Assist with planting, harvesting, and other agricultural duties as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment
Support other team members with various tasks and projects as directed
Requirements
Previous experience in ranch work or general labor preferred but not required
Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Bulverde, TX
Must live in or around Bulverde, Tx as housing is not provided
