*Job role :*
* *Trimming and destemming flower from branches with caution and care from the grow*
* _*P*_*otentially grading product*
* _*T*_*rimming flowers to be ready for packaging*
* _*Keep tools clean and sharpened throughout shifts*_
* *The days are tentative pending harvest times (usually these opportunities will present themselves monthly with the goal being to finish the job in a few days) *
* *Harvesting and hanging product to dry for a week before it is needed to be trimmed*
*What We’re Looking For*
* _*E*_*xperience with scissors, being able to use scissors confidently and quickly as an extension of their body. Do not apply if you are not confident in being able to use scissors with speed*
* *Detail oriented, poor trimming/damaging flowers will not be tolerated*
* *Reliability*
* *Patience with building up their speed*
